How could God not stop the suffering when he sees
the innocent die in pain. Surely he must feel
compassion??

God allowed Jesus to die on the cross and feel
pain. So he allows the innocent to suffer. Why?
So good can prevail. People can choose to do the
good. This is better than if God had
pre-programmed the good.

Suffering If there was a loving God he must
want to prevent suffering so how cold he allow
suffering

Suffering People have suffered a great deal
sine humans first walked upon the earth. What
still amazes is the capacity we have to endure
more and more horrible experiences.
