• The system was designed to malfunction without

• Subjects under Delay/Affect-support category were
  most relieved and enjoyed game after that
• Subjects under delay conditions played game for
  longer period

• Designers should aim not only at eliminating
  sources of frustration upfront but also build
  behavior in system to manage current state
• New variations in Affect-support system design
• Ability to recognize when user is frustrated
