Welcome to the world of Hollywood. This
presentation is intended for parties interested
in financially participating and investing into
the Hollywood Group. The presentation will
provide an introduction and overview into the
operations and structure of the Hollywood Group
(Hollywood Show-A-Go-Go and the Hollywood Inn
Short Time Hotel). It will also provide an
insight into the Groups vision and forward
path. The final section will show interested
parties the partnership and investment

THE HOLLYWOOD GROUP STORY
Ideally located in the heart of Bangkoks tourist
red light district, Nana is the home to -
Hollywood-Show-Go-Go-Bar Hollywood Inn
Hotel With over 700m of custom designed and
built bar and stages, the Hollywood-Show-Go-Go-Ba
r, since August 1995, has been entertaining
millions of guests that have walked through its
doors.   For the last 14 years the name Hollywood
became synonymous and known as Bangkoks leading
Show-Go-Go-Bar. Located in the famous Nana Plaza,
the bar has seen the famous, the not so famous
and even the infamous captivated by its shows,
girls, entertainment and environment.   What has
contributed to Hollywoods success? The bar is
big, occupying almost half of the top floor of
the Nana Plaza. Nana Plaza itself is recognized
as one of the three major adult entertainment
zones (with Soi Cowboy and Patpong being the
other zones). The establishment has the unique
features of rotating stages and is plumbed to
support wet shower shows. No other bar has gone
to the expense of installing this type of high
level stage propping.   This presentation
provides an insight into the Hollywood Groups
activities and investment partner opportunities.

Hollywood Group Enterprise Co Ltd, the Company,
is headquartered in Bangkok.   In this highly
competitive industry, the Hollywood Group has
almost 14 years of hands on experience and is
considered an expert now in the industry. As a
market leader, the brand is now very solid in the
region and in this industry. The Group has seen
the opportunity to improve the brand through the
upgrading the premises and with the acquisition
of a short time hotel at the entrance of Nana
Plaza. This provides a prime strategic position
in expanding the Groups brand.   The intention
is to further develop the Hollywood brand to an
internationally recognized product that is
synonymous with providing high level adult
entertainment, shows and service. Investors in
the Hollywood Group can expect to see above
average returns in this flourishing industry..

    different from other bars in Nana Plaza and all
    other adult entertainment complexes in Thailand.
    This is primarily due to our popular shows on
    circle turning floors which are also equipped
    with showers.

HOLLYWOOD INN HOTEL   The Hollywood Group
recently acquired the old and run down hotel, a
short time hotel offering cheap rooms for hourly
rates or long stay. This style of hotel is
naturally extremely popular in the Nana red light
area and a high revenue generator.   We have
re-designed the hotel, now renamed to the
Hollywood Inn Hotel, to raise the level of short
term hotel accommodation to provide   - a modern
facility - efficient and professionally managed
- ground floor bar - high profile signage
entrance to the Nana Plaza Complex   Our survey
around the immediate area shows an average room
rate ranging from THB 1,400 to THB 1,600 per
night at small and medium sized hotels. These
hotels are generally older style and the rooms
have all developed quite a pungent and obnoxious
smell (not mention the very poor condition of the
bathrooms).   During the high season (6-8 months)
these hotels are mostly all fully booked.   Short
time rooms are sold at the price THB 300 to THB
400 for one and half or 2 hours and can be sold
up to six times per day/night. This brings even
higher revenue than long time hotel room stays!

indulgent.   Its not easy to circumscribe the
Hollywood world within a definition. A world made
up of sensations, entertainment, social behavior,
cultures and a one of a sensual nature.   Our
clients are social creatures who appreciate fun
and entertainment. Mainly male, but we do not
exclude females all our clients enjoy the
company of females, the fanfare of our shows and

A unified Thai kingdom was established in the
mid-14th century. Known as Siam until 1939,
Thailand is the only Southeast Asian country
never to have been taken over by a European
power.   Thailand is still considered as one of
Asias key tourism destination zones. Over
recent years, Thailands tourism industry has
significantly benefited from the lower cost of
air travel in Asia. The growing low cost carriers
market in Asia has seen airlines such as Air
Asia, Tiger Airways, Valuair and Jetstar flying
direct to destinations like Bangkok, Phuket and
Pattaya. With continued competition from low cost
carriers, numerous scheduled carriers have also
lowered their fares to many destinations around
Asia.   Suvarnabhumi airport, which opened in
September 2006, was found shortly after opening
to need repairs to its taxiways and main
terminal. To ease congestion in this period, Thai
Airways announced daily domestic flights from
Bangkoks 92-year-old Don Muang airport. Don
Muang may end up complementing the newer airport,
easing its burden. Increased passenger capacity
may have a positive influence on overall arrival
figures. In 1997 Thailand saw over 7M arrivals
to the country. In 2000 this figure increased to
almost 10Mand another 4 years later jumped to
nearly 12M. Whilst recession, natural disaster
and the likes plague the financial markets,
tourism is still a healthy sector in Thailand.

The opportunity now exists to participate as a
partner in the Hollywood Group with up to 49 of
the equity being allocated to raise funds of THB
60,000,000.   The Hollywood Group is controlled
by Esquire Group Entertainment Co., Ltd that is
currently 100 owned/controlled by Mr Peter
Strebl.   Investments over 10 will include one
seat on the Board. Ideally, the Company is
looking to attract between one to five investment
partners.   The investment is sought to complete
before the end of 2008.   Investors will not only
see a return-on-investment from the bar and hotel
operations as detailed in the attached financials
but will also enjoy the profit benefits from the
sale of Memberships in the VIP Members Club.

The allocation of funds will be at the discretion
of the Chief Executive Officer. A large portion
of the funds is to be used to return loans made
to the Company by Mr Strebl with a portion of the
funds being used to complete the upgrade of the
bars as demonstrated by the designs and upgrade
plans included in this document (further
documentation is available upon request).   A
significant portion will be used to meet the
budget requirement for the construction and
upgrade of the Hollywood Inn Hotel.   A
guaranteed undertaking will be given by the CEO
and principal shareholder, Mr Peter Strebl, that
the upgrade of the bars, the Members Private VIP
Room and the Hollywood Inn Hotel will be
renovated and completed consistent to the designs
submitted within this document within 6 months
from the completion of the capital raise.
