Early Life
  • Born May 29, 1736 in Hanover County, Virginia
  • His parents were John and Sara Winston Henry

Adulthood
  • For Henrys speech he said, Give me liberty, or
    give me death.
  • He gave this speech March 23, 1775 in a church
    called St.Johns

Importance During Revolutionary War
  • Without the breakout of the Revolution, Henry
    became Commander in Chief of the Virginia
    troops, he began this war after the Stamp Act.

Later Years
Adulthood
  • In 1764, he moved to Louisa County
  • After that, Patrick Henry died June 6, 1776 in
    Red Hill Plantation, Virginia

Now
  • When they were done with all that, they named a
    school after him called Patrick Henry Community
    College.
