• Public law 97-280 passed by Congress of the
  United States of America declares the Bible to be
  the Word of God and directs citizens to
• Study and apply the teachings of the Holy
  Scriptures.

• The Bible teaches that the body is The temple of
  the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of
  God, and ye are not your own. For ye are bought
  with a price therefore glorify God in your body,
  and in your spirit, which are Gods.
• (1 Corinthians 619-20)
• To inject known neurotoxins into our children
  or ourselves, which have known health risks,
  would be a violation of these biblical teachings.

• The Bible teaches that when mans law contradicts
  Gods law, His people must obey God over man.
• (Acts 529)
• Therefore, be it known, should any policy, edict
  or legislation of man decree our children must be
  vaccinated, we must obey God rather than man just
  as Moses parents of old, we will do so without
  fear. (Exodus 2)

• The Bible teaches that there are clean and
  unclean animals and that Gods people are not to
  put the unclean into their bodies.
• Many vaccines are made from the blood of diseased
  animals, decomposed animal parts and are not
  sterile.
• Human Diploid Tissue (aborted babies) is to
  develop vaccines Hep A, MMR and Rubella and the
  new flu vaccine as well.

• There are many who do not feel the vaccine
  program is based on scientific evidence
• There are concerns about safety, lack of
  accountability and transparency
• Our Federal Government protects the vaccine
  manufactures from all liabilityWRONG!

• Children and adults suffering with auto-immune
  problems should not get any vaccines.
• There is a sub-set of children who are
  genetically sensitive to the toxins in vaccines.
  We can not have a one-size-fits-all vaccine
  program, many will get injured and die.

The Oath of office

• In order for the founding fathers to perpetuate
  the principles of the Constitution they secured a
  proviso in Article VI, paragraph 3 which states
  very clearly,
• All executive and judicial officers, both of the
  United States and of the several states, shall be
  bound by oath or affirmation to support this
  constitution.

• All peace officers take an Oath of Office to
  PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION
• The SHERIFF is the ultimate authority in the
  county and the person who has the duty to
  exercise his rights for the people he serves.

• Chief law enforcer in the county, even above the
  Governor
• Part of the Executive Branch of Government, along
  with the President
• Ultimate duty to people in his jurisdiction is to
  uphold the Constitution.

Supreme Court Ruling 1997

• Federal Agencies could no longer do what ever
  they damn well pleased.
• The sheriff has more power than the president,
  the police and any other peace keeping agent.
• The Federal Government may not compel the states
  to enact or enforce a federal regulatory
  program. NONE, ZILCH and ZERO!

• Founded as a constitutional Republic, a
  representative form of government with extremely
  limited powers, confined within the parameters
  expressively set forth by the supreme law of the
  land, the Constitution itself.
• By our apathy, we have lost sight of this. We
  must take our power and act NOW!

  direction.

• Vaccines by nature are dangerous.
• The Comprehensive Child Health Immunizations Act
  of 1993 made known the fact that there are risks
  to vaccinations by stating Vaccine information
  should be simplified to ensure that parents
  understand the benefits
• and risks.

• Congressional Records have shown that the
  pharmaceutical companies are more concerned with
  profit than they are with safety and have
  knowingly used toxins in the manufacturing of
  vaccines regardless of the risks.

What We Want

• Freedom to refuse vaccines, medical treatments
  and procedures for ourselves and our children
• Freedom to self-shield, self-quarantine, and/or
  self-isolation in our homes or other legal
  location of our choosing.

• To be arrested or treated as criminals for
  refusing the vaccine
• To be financially fined for refusing the vaccine
• For ourselves or our families to be
  force-quarantined for any reason
• For our children to be removed from school or any
  other building without our informed consent
• For our children to be vaccinated without our
  knowledge or consent
• To be discriminated against if we refuse the
  vaccine

We are Asking the Federal Government to Respect
our Wishes

• We want to peacefully express the magnitude of
  this situation in an effort to successfully
  communicate our feelings and our expectations
  under the United States Constitution
• Fact - There are people who feel strongly enough
  about this to resist with violence.
• This is an effort to avoid that scenario
