  • Click OK to accept changes or click Cancel to
    return to the

Dual Site Print Table This window allows you to
modify, delete, or add dual sites to the site
selected. A hard copy notice may then be printed
at the destination you select. Click the dual
site you wish to alter. To Modify a dual
site printer selection, click Modify. The
Add New Dual Site Print Record window is
displayed. To Delete a dual site printer
selection, click Delete. Click OK to accept
the deletion. To Add a dual site printer
selection, click Add. The Add New Dual Site
Print Record window is displayed.

Add New Dual Site Print Record This window allows
you to add a dual site to the site selected. You
may then select a hard copy notice to be printed
at this destination. 1. Enter the
organizational code, work center code, and
printer destination to which the hard copy notice
will be sent. 2. Save changes, and return
to the previous screen or click Cancel to
cancel and return to the previous screen.

This window allows you to activate or deactivate
the Hard Copy Notice (HCN) Print Daemon. 1.
Select an option under HCN Print Daemon Control
Deactivate - Disables HCN printing.
(This is the default.) Activate -
Enables HCN printing. 2. Click Save. In the
status bar at the bottom of the screen, watch for
Micro Help messages on the status of your choice.
If the print daemon was not already set to
Activate, the process of enabling it will take
about two minutes. If it was already set to
Activate, it will only take a few seconds.

down. Note If a bad HCN has been submitted
and has not printed even though the HCN Group
is up, the bad HCN can cause the HCN Group to
abort.

HCN PURGE
This window displays all records in the db05
table. When modifying, select one or more
records to modify. NOTE This window can fill up
with HCNs that failed to print or aborted.
Since HCNs are printed directly from the tables
and are not queued awaiting release, this window
allows a person with the proper SQ to purge out
those items that did not successfully print.
Failure to purge these items can possibly hold
up other HCNs from being processed .

This window allows you to move files, such as
month end history files, to or from the server.
Files can be saved to any available media the
system supports. 1. Select Transfer To Server
or Receive From Server. 2. Select Drive A or
C the default is C. 3. Select Proc Name from
the drop down menu under Transfer To
Server or File Name. 4. Click Browse. 5.
Select an option (either File or Report) under
Receive From Server. Enter Batch Job No.
(allows entry of up to 40 alphanumeric
characters in any case (upper, lower,
mixed) and indicate by clicking the box if
files are to be saved or deleted after transfer.

them. NOTE This window is created because in
some cases an HCN request would have a problem
and would hold up all other records from being
processed in the queue. This way you can remove
the one causing the problem.
