  • Secondary Colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. These
    colors are a combination of 2 primary colors
  • All 3 colors combine to make white
  • Additive color

  • mix in a way that reflects most pigment mixing
    and echoes the artists spectrum.
  • The primary colors are red, yellow, blue.
  • Secondary colors orange, purple, green.
  • Mix them all 3 primary colors gives you black.

  • Translucent material transmit some of the light

  • Opaque material absorb all the light
  • that reaches them. A 100 opaque material
  • does not allow any light to pass through

  • HSV(HSB) hue, saturation, value. Does not
    correspond to additive or subtractive color
  • CMYK cyan, magenta, yellow, (k black) used to
    imitate process colors (subtractive colors). Use
    this mode when working from on-screen to printing
    production.

  • Value refers to the contrast of dark and light.
    Can be seen as a progression from light to dark.
    Also known as brightness.
  • Saturation dull or vivid quality. A saturated
    color is a hue in its strongest possible
    manifestation. Reddest Red bluest blue
    Saturated colors are also called pure /full
    colors.
