Steps for accessing the SAPARD Programme

• The applicant should prepare the financial
  application in accordance with the applicants
  guide and the instruction for completing the
  financial application for the envisaged measure,
• The applicant should submit the financial
  application at ROISP (monthly sessions)
• SAPARD Agency will evaluate (including on the
  field check) and score the projects (45 days),
• Signing the contract between the applicant and
  the SAPARD Agency, if the project has been
  approved.

3.1. Investments in agricultural holdings

• Vegetal production farms
• Acquisition of the equipment necessary for the
  modernisation of the holdings in the plant sector
  
• Rehabilitation of the fruit growing plantations
  and vineyards, including the procurement of
  planting material
• Investments in vegetal farms by modernisation and
  extension of buildings and utilities
• Modernisation and building up of new greenhouses,
  made of metal light structures, with own thermal
  units and irrigation equipment, including
  ensuring of utilities water and electric power
  supply, drainage of water, sewage, waste water
  treatment, etc. - in order to respect the
  conditions of environmental protection

• Farms for animal and poultry
  breeding
• Procurement of animals (first acquisition -
  female) with high genetic potential breed animals
  (excepting poultry) as well as purchasing of
  quality semen.
• Investments in tractors, equipment, machines, and
  installations for carrying out the activities in
  the farms of animal breeding.
• Modernisation and construction of farms for
  animal and poultry breeding, the completion with
  utilities and other buildings
