• A Plot Plan
• A foundation or basement plan.

A Plot Plan

• Is a drawing of the land in which the structure
  will be built. It includes dimensions of the
  land and the location of the new structure.

Foundation or Basement Plan

• A foundation plan shows how to construct the
  foundation. It will also include information on
  supporting beams, fixture location, windows,
  furnace, electrical boxes, and sump pump.

• The Floor Plan is a section drawing where the
