• Curriculum review every year in each Key Stage
• Time given to Option Choices of each child
• Celebrate success often and in different ways
• Pastoral policies/procedures reviewed
• Positive behaviour strategies/clear discipline
  policy
• Student leadership/voice
• Environment is one that cares
• Clear, well voiced culture

• Teach them to say in a way you and other people
  will listen and understand
• Remind them why you are there
• Emotionally intelligent leaders
• Do what it says on the tin!
