10 the RQS QUALIFICATION is A group of working
roles, operating on working processes which are
similar and characterized by professional
homogeneous competences
It can be obtained through the addition of
partial certifications (certifications of
competence unit which can be gained through
different ways of learning, during different
periods of life)
11THE QUALIFICATION AS A JOINT BETWEEN THE
VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND THE LABOUR SYSTEM
A qualification reflects professional figures
which can be trained and are present in the
labour world.
Its a joint between vocational training and
labour system. Its not restrictive neither to
the first nor to the other system
- A qualification is not a training course
- The RQS is not a training supply system
- A qualification is not a working role
- The SRQ doesnt represent the system of working
roles inside the enterprises/organizations
A qualification can be a reference point for both
one system and the other

OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF COMPETENCES

working roles, acting on similar working
processes or consisting of homogeneous
professional competences
