  • The new system of health care will form part of a
    global strategy for health regeneration and
    promotion

  • Curative care will be focused particularly on
    primary health care and also on ambulatory care
    in general
  • The health care system will derive its financial
    means from different sources (health insurance
    funds, state budget, local budgets, companies,
    citizens, etc.)

    fundamental part of the health care system
