While Traveling
  • You MAY bring headphones and electronics. (We
    are not responsible and chaperones will collect
    upon arrival.)
  • Meals are paid for an all parts of the trip.
  • Movies on board
  • Pillow, blanket, music, snacks, etc.
  • Snacks for bus
  • Bathroom on board

What NOT to bring
  • Anything not allowed by school rules.
  • Energy Drinks, Energy Gum, Energy Pills, Energy
    Powder, Energy Muffins, Energy anything.no
    green or red drinks.
  • Snacks at Tremont. (NO GUM)
  • Pocket knives, mace, perfumes, hair driers,
    curling irons,
  • Cell phonesallowed to call home on bus then will
    simply not work in the camp. We will have
    calling cards for emergency calls home.

  • Understand that it may be broken, lost, etc.

  • Camera any kindbut please be careful with it.

Clothing to bring
  • Tennis shoes
  • Hiking boots (?)
  • Warm socks(Socks should cover ankles while on
    hikes)
  • Warm jacket
  • Rain jacket(Pants if it is really raining)
  • Baseball cap
  • Gloves
  • Pants Shorts
  • Sheets
  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Towel, washcloth, comb, toothbrush, soap, etc.
  • Pencils

  • Label your clothing -- Clothing should be school
    appropriate
  • E-mail me if you have a question, need help, or
    need reassuring!
  • Students will complete a log book during their
    trip.

Attendance After the Trip
  • All students should be in attendance at school
    the day following the trip.
  • A picture CD of the trip will be provided free of
    charge to all participants who attend school on
    the Tuesday after the trip.

Smoky Trip Products
  • Your trip price includes a Smoky Mountain
    T-shirt, flashlight and hiking sack. These will
    be given to you during the check in process.
