The Problem of Doubt

• Unbelief that condemned Israel was result of
  doubt (Heb. 312-19)
• Did not hold confidence firm unto the end
• Result Hardened by deceitfulness of sin
• Doubt leaves us adrift in a spiritual storm (Jas.
  15-8)
• Double-minded unstable in all his ways
• Cant expect Gods help

• Essential to pleasing God (Heb. 111-6)
• Gives substance to reality of spiritual things
• Creation provides essential foundation to faith
• Must believe that God is that He rewards those
  who diligently seek Him
• Foundational to all else (2 Pet. 15)
• Protected by Gods power through faith (1 Pet.
  15)
