Sherri Lynn Bartling Raschke

• Sherri is the third child of Gerhardt and Joan
  Bartling. She has 3 sisters and four brothers
  and grew up on a ranch east of Burke, SD.

• Sherri graduated with honors from Burke High
  School. She attended the University of South
  Dakota and graduated with honors with a MS in Ed.
  With English and Library Media.

• Sherri has been married to her husband Virgil for
  27 years. He owns his own convenience store and
  bar in Herrick.

Son- Virgil Jr.

• Virgil Jr. is 26 years old and lives and works in
  Sioux Falls.
• He is also a graduate of USD with a BS in Biology.

Daughter- Viola

• Viola is 25 years old and lives in Colorado
  Springs. She graduated from The U of Colorado at
  Colorado Springs with a BS degree in Psycology
  and works as a teen counselor.

for 20 years. She is Library Media Specialist
for this K-12 school district.
