France the ratatouille
  • Recipe for 8 people
  • Preparation 15 mn
  • Cooking 10 mn.Ingredients
  • - 6 beautiful tomatoes
  • - 5 aubergines
  • - 1 onion
  • - 5 courgettes
  • - 3 green peppers
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - 1 bunch of thyme, bay leaves
  • - Olive oil, salt, pepper

  • Prepare the ingredients      Clean tomatoes
    plunge 30s into ebullient water and peel them.
    Cut them in slices.Peel and cut aubergines in
    small cubes.Wash and cut courgettes.Wash, cut
    sweet peppers.Add the cloves of garlic.Mince
    the onion.
  • Cooking   In a pan pour 4 spoons of olive oil
    add aubergines.When they start to colour, add
    tomatoes, courgettes, onion, sweet peppers, the
    cloves of garlic and the bunch.
  • Cooking 35mn.

Spain  the frita 
  • Here is a sunny recipe. It can be eaten warm or
    cold.
  • Ingredients  
  • - 4 beautiful green grilled and peeled peppers
  • - 1 small peeled tomato can
  • - 6 coarsely chopped cloves of garlic
  • - salt, pepper, harissa.

  • Preparation
  • - Put chopped garlic into some olive oil,
    add sweet peppers cut into slices, cover and cook
    for a few mimutes before seasoning salt, pepper
    and harissa to be proportioned as you like. Put
    tomatoes and a little water (½ glass) and cook
    gently (15-20 min).
  • - And it is ready. You can taste immediately
    or let it cool.

Italy Tagliatelli with saffron and vegetables
  • Recipe for 6 people
  • Preparation between 30 and 60 min
  • Ingredients
  • - 500g of fresh tagliatelli
  • - 2 small aubergines
  • - 2 bunches of cherry tomatoes
  • -6 cloves of garlic
  • - Some parsley and saffron
  • - 4 olive oil spoons
  • - Salt, pepper

  • Preparation
  • Wash the aubergines and tomatoes. Cut them into
    slices. Add salt and pepper, the spoons of olive
    oil, the cloves of garlic and mix.
  • Cooking 30 minutes.Boil some saffroned water.
    Plunge the tagliatelli and cook them. Drain them.
    Pour the tagliatelli into hot plates, add
    vegetables and the cloves of garlic.

Turkey Stewed Vegetables
  • Recipe for 6 people
  • Cooking 2h-2h30
  • Ingredients
  • - 1kg of lamb shoulder without bone
  • - ½ kg of French beans
  • - 3 potatoes
  • - 3 tomatoes
  • - 2 green peppers
  • - 12 small onions (or shallots)
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 6 olive oil spoons
  • - salt, pepper, thyme

  • Preparation
  • Peel vegetables, cut them into small pieces.
  • Add salt, pepper.
  • Fry the pieces of meat in a pan with two olive
    oil spoons.Add the vegetables and the remaining
    olive oil, 2 glasses of water and thyme.
  • Cover and continue cooking for 2h.Check the
    juice and reduce fire if necessary.
