ice-fall materials and debris from tower failure
or collapse from falling onto occupied dwellings
other than those occupied by the tower owner

  tower over 500 feet. About 20 of this
  platform was entrenched into the ground.

To meet the requirements of the Zoning Resolution

• Jefferson County is obligated to make sure that
  the PROPOSED towers neighbors are protected from
  the WORST CASE Scenario
• The WORST CASE Scenario is that the tower fall
  over and whip its guy wires in a LATERAL AND
  AXIAL FAILURE MODE.

  must be at least 1800 away from the nearest
  dwelling.
