ice-fall materials and debris from tower failure
or collapse from falling onto occupied dwellings

platform was entrenched into the ground.

the PROPOSED towers neighbors are protected from
the WORST CASE Scenario - The WORST CASE Scenario is that the tower fall
over and whip its guy wires in a LATERAL AND
AXIAL FAILURE MODE.

- The base of the tower (as currently configured)
must be at least 1800 away from the nearest
dwelling.
