VOEvent Ontology Queries

• Science cases
• Solar (development) query solar VOEvent packets
  accessed through VOEvent broker and using remote
  rdfstore instead of local instance file for
  SPARQL queries.
• Astro (science) Explore feasibility of querying
  a remote store of astronomical VOEvents and use
  the Characterization data model to find matching
  observations. Bonus points for going the other
  way.
