Rani Laxmibai was a brave girl. Instead of
working in the house like other girls she learned
horse riding. She also learnt how to use weapons.
One-day Manu (her childhood name) was riding on
her horse. Two boys were following her. She
challenged them for a race. When the race started
Manu rode as fast as she could and soon the boys
lost their balance and fell down. Manu at once
she picked up the boys and rode to the ayurvedic
center. The boys wounds were healed within two
days and they apologized to Manu. She was able to
save the two boys. This shows how brave she was
since her childhood.

When she grew up she became a freedom fighter.
When Indians fought against the British, Rani
Laxhmibai was the bravest fighter among them.
When the battle started Rani wore ordinary dress
and she took two swords and bow and arrow . Now
when she is gone everybody remembers her and her
bravery.
