• The Sourcing and Procurement team at WDW manages
  the sourcing of food and beverage, fireworks,
  print, temporary labor, construction, maintenance
  services, MRO, linens, TVs, parade floats,
  horticulture to name a few categories
• We support the 4 theme parks, the resorts, Disney
  Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Clubs, Disney Wide
  World of Sports

• We develop our sourcing strategies across the
  Parks and Resorts Segment as well as across the
  entire Disney Enterprise
• Over 80 of what we spend at WDW would be
  considered indirect
• There are over 50,000 Cast Members at WDW with
  over 5,000 defined as Casual Buyers or Casual
  Buyer/Managers

• We have over 11,000 active suppliers with 120
  catalogues
• Approximately 90 of our transactions are
  processed via catalogues or blanket agreements
• We have 572 commodity codes
• 618,650 Purchase Orders are executed in a year
• We have 116 Planned sourcing projects this fiscal
  year and anticipate several hundred walk-in
  opportunities
