    among San Diego hospitals that began
    in 2005

  • SB 739 July 2007
  • Requires that all acute care facilities provide
    the flu shot to all Healthcare Personnel (HCP)
  • 2008 expanded to included all staff, including
    volunteers, LIP and contract workers
