Session Description

• Pierce College District shifted their approach to
  accreditation self-study for their 10-year
  visitation. With emphasis on data collection and
  analysis, as opposed to a description of 'what
  is', the "Learning College" assessment cycle was
  applied to every academic program, pro/tech
  department and administrative unit. We set
  outcomes, assessed them and analyzed assessment
  data to tell our story. Participants will learn
  our model, hear two case studies from DL and
  Workforce Education, then will apply the ideas to
  their particular situation.

  essay on general and specific applicability of
  the model
• Discussion - Compare and contrast examples with
  participant's programs
• Summary and Closing
