gedagtes

The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into
the neighborhood. We saw the glory with our own
eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like
Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to
finish.

Dit gaan oor ons verhouding met Jesus

I would rather be ashes than dust. I would
rather that my spark should bum out in a
brilliant blaze than it be stifled by dry rot. I
would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me
in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent
planet. A proper function of a person is to
live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in
trying to prolong them I shall use my time. It
is beter to burn out than fade away.
