Progress since 2nd report

• Generated random rotation of tubes and random
  positions in 3D space.
• Successfully debugged and compiled a collision
  detection sample.
• VTC with UCSD Professor Kim to show progress and
  clarify some details.

Goals until end of PRIME

• Implement collision detection sample into
  project.
• Make sure tubes do not go through each other
  (they dont do that in real life).
• Produce xyz coordinates for each point on tube
  and position in space
• Use produced data to measure distance between
  each tubes.
• Modify mathematical functions
