• Here are the data charts showing our growth
  from 2005 to 2006.  I created the one that fits
  with the newsletter you gave me and I also
  included two more that show the growth in the
  sub-groups we had exceptional gains in reading,
  especially with our ELL subgroup.  We KNOW it is
  because we approach improvement systematically
  and it's been through our training provided by
  SQS we have been able to learn what that means
  and how to deploy it.  We accomplished a lot in a
  year, but we have not "arrived" which is the
  beautiful thing about systems - we don't have to
  be!  But, we are getting better, refining our
  processes and working to deploy these principles
  in all aspects of our school.  Systems just make
  sense and I am very grateful for having the
  opportunity to participate in the extensive
  training you have organized. Thank you for all
  your support!
