Conclusion
  • The overall government policy in Indonesia
    regarding electric power is that in principle
    electricity should be available to all people in
    Indonesia On the other hand, the electricity
    end-user is presented with the bill for his power
    consumption.Its realy make some dificullty
    condition for Distribution WBU management.
  • At Ciracas Jakarta-the Poor Urban area, PLN as
    the Electric State Cooperation, facing at the
    social obligation tasks with carefully.
    Periodically inspection, Harsh penalty
    Incentive policy and Improvement meter reading
    quality customer house hold connection must be
    done day by day.
  • Review house hold connection Meter kWH
    instalation standard Its hope be implemented
    as the technical solution to reduce theft / kWH
    manipulation
